Privacy Policy

Information is only collected when you choose to send it. That means:

• Inquiry form details: your name, business name, type of business, Facebook page link, email address, mobile number (optional), preferred contact method, your website goal and your message.
• Basic technical data: a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your internet address and the date and time of your submission. This is used only to block spam and repeated automated submissions, and it cannot be turned back into your actual address.

No tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics profiling are used on this site.

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your website.
• To prepare a free homepage concept when you request one.
• To send you a confirmation email that your inquiry was received.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse.

Your details are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. You will not be added to any newsletter or promotional list.

When you request a free preview, you confirm that publicly available information about your business may be used to create a private concept. That concept is shared only with you and is never published anywhere without your written approval.

To run this website, a small number of trusted providers process data on my behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Website hosting and database storage for your submitted inquiry.
• An email delivery service, used to send my notification and your confirmation.

These providers may process data outside the Philippines. No one else receives it.

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of projects discussed — normally up to two years — after which they are deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask to see the information held about you, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to how it is used. Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a private database that is not publicly readable. While no online service can promise perfect security, reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are in place.

This site offers services to businesses and is not directed at children under 18. Information from children is not knowingly collected.

This site links to Facebook and Messenger. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
